Sorghum Porridge

Ingredients:


1 cup ground sorghum
2 cups of water
salt to taste
1/8 cup cassava starch


Procedure:


Cook the ground sorghum in water.

Add salt to taste.

Add more water until the desired consistency is achieved.

Add cassava starch.

Simmer for 1-2 more minutes. poir in a serving dish.


Note:
This food product is suggested for babies and for those who wants an alternative dish for oatmeal. Bananas, mangoes, and potatoes maybe added for variation in flavor.
