CESO review in Clark Polytechnic

CLARK FREEPORT—The St. Robert’s International School in partnership with CCIS Educational Foundation, Inc. of Cyber City Teleservices, Inc., and Topnotch
Career Executive Service Officers of the country launched recently a CESO review
package who wants to pursue a executive positions in government service.
Dr. Ramon Ricardo A. Roque, CESO I and Deputy Secretary General of the House of
Representatives, said the review now being held at the Clark Polytechnic inside this Freeport zone is the answer to the call of President Aquino to professionalize the government bureaucracy.
“The air of change brought about by the recent inauguration to the presidency of
President Aquino has provided a myriad of opportunities for public service. But
these opportunities are open only for men and women who demonstrate technical
and managerial skills as certified by the CESO Board,” Dr. Robert F. Galindez,
president of St. Robert’s International, said.
The review, according to Roque, is in preparation for the October CESO Board
Examination, but not a guarantee for passing the board but it will certainly
enhance one’s capability to hurdle the exams.
Likewise, Galindez said that only during the incumbency of Aquino that CESO-holders received so much premium for appointment in the government.
“And, it is in this juncture that St. Robert’s International wanted to take part in the writing of history by enabling as many promising young executives to fulfil their desire of serving in the government,” he added.

The review team is composed of the following: Roque; Atty. Ricardo Bering, director of the House of Representatives; Dir. Corazon Alano, professor of the Philippine Normal University; and Dir. Edgardo Pangilinan, professor, University of the Philippine Graduate School.
